What to do when you need to claim on your insurance
If you need to make a claim for an incident that occurred on your property, please report it to your Kerry London claims contact as soon as possible. The sooner you report a claim, the faster you are likely to receive a settlement. Our claims team will help manage your claim through to conclusion.
When reporting a new claim/incident please provide as much information as possible including:
- Details including the date the incident occurred
- Photographs of any damage as evidence to support your claim
- The address where the incident occurred
- If possible, proof of potential costs and the impact on your business
- Details of other involved parties
- Occupancy and use of the property at the time
- Crime reference number and details of the police authority involved (if applicable)
- Copy of any CCTV (if available)
- Financial cost of lost trading
- VAT status and bank details for reimbursement
- BACS details
